Blue Line Tracking
Blue Line Tracking offers tracking training based on a progressive building process of standardized training. The training program is designed so that each student, through hard work and dedication, can reach an expert level of proficiency qualified by knowledge, skill, experience, training, and can assist Trier of Fact in understanding evidence in criminal cases.
WHAT WE DO
Blue Line Tracking
The training of students to prepare them to be expert witnesses in the field of tracking.
Testing of students to ensure the quality of the certification.
Teaching students in the completion of three skill levels of certification in the field of tracking and to provide classes
for re-certification.
Assist law enforcement in the investigation of crime scenes.
Cases worked by the Cowley Trackers include Armed Robberies, Attempted Child Abductions, missing Alzheimer Patients, Residential and Business Burglaries, Missing Person Cases, Metal Thefts, Meth Labs, Anhydrous Thefts, Suicides, Unattended Deaths, Bank Robberies, and Arson Investigations.
Students received instruction in law enforcement related scenarios involving Eluding Custody, Fleeing Felon Search, Home Invasion, Suspect Apprehension, Tactical Tracking and Apprehension of an Armed Felon.
